María Alonso del Val is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in international law firms; her area of specialization is Commercial Law: Corporate, M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Governance and National and International Contracting; both, in Spain and in LATAM. She also participates in the areas of public law, public procurement and regulatory law.
María has participated in M&A transactions in the field of renewable energies, due diligence processes, corporate restructurings and refinancing processes; both, national and international (Colombia, Peru, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Chile and USA).
